We are currently looking for a competent administrator to join the HR function of a growing organisation in Haywards Heath. As the Administrator you will assistant the HR team with the day to day administration duties for new starters to the organisation. You will prepare and issue offer letters and contracts, monitor references for all new employees, ensure HR systems updated with all relevant information and much more.
This is a diverse role within a fact paced environment and an excellent opportunity to gain entry into HR for someone with strong administration skills.
- Experience in a HR function or a confidential environment is desirable
- Experience of working within a fast paced environment
- Experience of working with databases
- Proficient in Word, Excel (spreadsheets and charts), PowerPoint
