This exciting opportunity has arisen within one of the UK's fastest growing Financial Services Organisation. They are currently seeking a proven Office Administrator to join their team. The role will encompass providing efficient general administration support to the Advisors.

Key responsibilities:
* Answering the phone to clients and dealing with queries
* Maintaining compliant records
* Meet and greet
* Opening Post and filing
* Diary management, other duties as required

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Previous Administration experience within an office environment
  • Good general IT skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
  • Diary management
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Self motivated and strong work ethic

Desired:

  • Previous experience within a financial services organisation, desired but not essential
