This is a rare opportunity for any proven Personal Injury Claims Handlers to be given the opportunity to work within the anti-fraud department. This role has a focus on managing the investigation of Third Party Motor Claims which show a level of fraud indicators.
This role would be ideal for a proven Motor Claims handler with proven experience with Personal Injury and Third Party Property Damage.
The role will be a mix of claims handling and administrative tasks which will provide exposure to a wide range of activities.
* Knowledge of motor insurance and claims principles gained through operating as a Personal Injury motor claims handler (dealing with claims cradle to grave)
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organisation
* An interest in anti-fraud work demonstrated by a general understanding of fraud issues, trends and publicised market initiatives.
* Ideally experience of anti-fraud data systems and databases and being able to interpret the output
