We are looking for a professional Claims expert to perform the role of Claims Operations Manager on behalf of this established Lloyds Brokers based in the City. This is a great opportunity to work alongside the Claims Director implementing Claims Strategy's and best performance. Responsibilities will include reviewing department manuals and workflows, preparing internal and external audits, creating statistical reports, developing claims data, and signing off binding authority renewals.
You will have great knowledge of US Claims ideally including property binders and a good understanding of US coverholder and service level agreements. You will have a high standard of analytical and presentation skills, and be an encouraging team player with effective communication skills. This is a newly created position working with a successful Lloyds Broker in the City. The successful candidate will ideally have both Broker and Syndicate background.
