We are seeking a professional Company Secretary to join this well-established insurance organisation based in the City on a temporary basis with the view to going permanent. Responsibilities will include arranging and taking minutes at board meetings, reviewing subsidiary statutory accounts, filing confirmation statements, assisting in the review of governance processes, providing company secretarial support to designated boards and committees, and other project work.
You will have vast experience in a Company Secretary position from an insurance environment, and have extensive experience using Blueprint and electronic board portals. You will possess excellent organisation and minute taking skills, strong relationship building and communication skills, and have good MS Office skills. This is a great position working in a fast paced insurance environment for a leading industry organisation.
