We are seeking a Complaints Handler to come and join this highly successful Insurer based in West Sussex. You will be responsible for managing the complaints process by taking ownership of individual cases and resolving satisfactorily in accordance to FCA principles. You will also assist with the operational standards team in maintain statistical & root cause analysis in respect of complaints to aid in continues improvement performance.
* A minimum of a years' experience in complaint handling,
* Knowledge of the FCA & FOS regulatory guidelines.
* Strong customer service, negotiation and resolution skills.
* Financial services or General Insurance background experience is essential.
