An established and well respected insurer in Milton Keynes is seeking a Customer Advisor to join their team. Working within the contact centre you will take responsibility for responding to inbound calls, emails and letters in a polite and professional manner.
The Contact Centre operates from 07:00 - 02:00 Sunday to Thursday and 07:00 - 03:00 Friday and Saturday. This is a 35 hour per week vacancy and the hours of operation are covered on a shift rota. Applicants will therefore need to be flexible with regards to their working hours.
- Previous telephone or customer service experience
- Good general IT skills - MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
