This City based insurance organisation is seeking a professional EA to support three senior executives. Main responsibilities will include minute taking and scheduling board and committee meetings, diary management, organisation of international travel arrangements, management of supplier and vendor accounts, co-ordinating various projects, and typing correspondence.
You will possess solid EA experience from an insurance or financial services background and have working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat. You will also possess a high standard of MS Office skills, proven minute taking skills (at senior level), strong relationship-building skills, and have the ability to work well to tight deadlines.
