We are currently recruiting for an Employee Benefits Administrator to join a well established wealth management organisation in Cheltenham. As the Employee Benefits Administrator you will join a growing department in providing ongoing consultancy services to clients on benefit plans.

Some of your main responsibilities will include but not be limited too:

  • Maintaining regular contact with clients by telephone, email and letter
  • Attending client meetings if required
  • Data analysis
  • Managing relationships between Insurers and clients
  • Assist in the preparation of reports
  • Checking of work prepared by others in the team


Requirements:

Experience/Qualifications

  • Good academic record including Maths & English to GCSE (minimum grade C)
  • Familiarity with IT systems in particular Excel
  • Previous group risk/employee benefit experience is required for this role
