We are looking for a professional Compliance Officer / Company Secretary to join this well-established insurance syndicate in the City. Reporting into the MD, responsibilities will include reviewing reports and financial statements, dealing with all Compliance queries, implementing new policies and procedures, and raising any regulatory issues with Board.
This is a newly created position working with a leading insurance syndicate. You will have recognised experience in a Compliance and Company secretary role from an insurance background, ideally Lloyds. You will possess a high standard of communication and numeracy skills, strong organisation skills, and have excellent knowledge of compliance and regulatory procedures.
