IFA Administrator


An excellent IFA Administrator has arisen for an established independent wealth management firm based in the City. They are pro-actively seeking an individual to join their London office as an experienced IFA Administrator who can provide support to the advisers. The successful IFA Administrator must have excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with clients over the phone, dealing with enquiries as well as processing new business, chasing and obtaining provider valuation, organising fund switches and preparing client files.


Essential experience for the IFA Administrator includes:

* Knowledge of the database Adviser Office (also known as 1st, Iress, Avelo) is essential, as well as Microsoft Office

* Administration experience within an IFA Firm

* Professional qualifications such as RO1 or FA1 would be beneficial

* Excellent telephone manner, polished and professional
