Due to expansion I am currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a well established Financial Services organisation in High Wycombe. As the Office Administrator you will be responsible for opening and franking post, scanning, chasing outstanding information from providers, answering the phone, meeting and greeting clients, updating back office systems, correspondence to clients and providers.
- Strong administration skills
- Previous experience of working within an office environment
- Good attention to detail
- Experience of working in an IFA or other professional services firm is highly desirable although not essential
