Interim Risk Reporting Officer - Insurance

A leading insurance Group is looking for a Risk Reporting Officer to join their team Risk Management team. You would report in to the Risk Manager.

The role has come about due to growth of the business. They are looking for someone with good experience in Risk Reporting and Incident Management.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:
* Identifying and mitigating operational and commercial risks
* Assist with the maintenance of the risk and control register
* Work with the business to adhere to the risk framework
* Assessing and reviewing the existing controls to ensure their adequacy
* Design and promote policies across the business for the identification and management of Incidents as well as reporting any breaches
* Conducting root cause analysis and any remediation processes need
* Reviewing risk acceptance logs and dispensation and waivers logs in relation to any new incidents
* Liaise with senior stakeholders in the business and act as a focal point for incident management
* Driving and promoting a risk awareness culture within the organisation

Qualifications/Skills:
* Good experience in Risk management
* Strong preference for someone with solid Risk reporting and/or Incident Management experience
* Good academics or relevant professional qualification
* Insurance background and experience (preferable)
* Good written/verbal presentation skills
* Highly analytical mindset
