Operations Administrator - Romford


We are seeking an Operations Administrator to join a blue chip financial services business based in Romford. As the Operations Administrator you will be responsible for liaising with customers via telephone and post. Letter writing will be a key requirement for this role; contacting customers in regards to policy disputes.
