We are seeking a professional PA to join this leading insurance organisation supporting 3 senior members of staff in their Finance team. Duties will include diary management, co-ordinating meetings and taking minutes, preparing reports and documents, screening telephone calls, maintaining filing systems, organising team events, and other ad hoc tasks.
For this position it is essential you have proven PA experience from an insurance or financial services environment, and have strong organisation and problem solving skills. You will also possess a good standard of MS Office skills, and excellent communication skills. This position is working for a leading city based insurance organisation.
