This leading insurance organisation based in the City are seeking a pro-active PA/ Team Support to join their busy team. Duties will include managing travel arrangements, completing documents, letters and presentations, taking minutes, arranging meetings and organising diaries, and supporting other PA's when required.
You will have prior experience in an insurance or financial services environment in a PA or Team Assistant position. You will possess strong MS Office skills, good minute taking skills, excellent organisation skills, be able to easily manage multiple diaries, and be a flexible team player.
