We are seeking a confident and friendly individual to join a well established insurance organisation in Redhill. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will take responsibility for incoming calls which could consist of new business, renewals or quotation queries, therefore you will need to utilise your excellent communication and customer service skills.
25 hours, Monday - Friday
- Proven call centre experience;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written; and
- Good general IT skills - MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
