We are looking for an experienced and well-presented Team PA to join this expanding insurance organisation based in the City. Supporting 4 senior members of staff responsibilities will include scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes, handling emails and telephone calls, organising travel arrangements, and assisting managers with their workflows.
You will have proven experience in a Team PA position from an insurance background and have excellent time management skills. You will possess strong numeracy and communication skills, and have advanced MS Office skills including Excel. You will also be a flexible team player available to work extended hours if needed.
This position is working for a leading City based insurance organisation.
